Those days are long past! In more recent winters the ice on Grenadier Pond has become much less reliable.
Please exercise caution and good sense at all times. Do not venture out onto Grenadier Pond when the red warning flag is up. If the yellow flag is up, skating “at your own risk” is permitted, but only in the designated area and only during daylight hours. Dogs are not allowed on the pond under any conditions.
